We've all been affected by the ice storm here in Edmond one way or another. Fortunately our City has a tree removal and pickup plan. Listed here are the general guidelines for the City Of Edmond's pickup program. You can also visit the City of Edmond website to get more detail on when you can expect to have the debris picked up from your property.
There will be two rounds of tree debris pick up and the first will begin on Monday, November 9th. Crews will begin at the west city limits and work their way east. Once they have completed the entire city, they will begin the second round moving from west to east. Pick up is available to residential homes but does not include businesses/churches or apartment complexes.
Tree debris must be cut into no more than six (6) foot sections and must be placed within ten (10) feet behind the curb of the residence. Residents are asked to avoid piling debris on or near water meters, gas meters, electric facilities, mailboxes, fire hydrants or irrigation systems.
At Edmond Tree Service we want to help you any way we can. We can help you with tree removal or tree trimming. We will also assist with clean up and get the Edmond Tree debris from your property to the curbside per the City of Edmond's guidelines.
